The Role of Yoga in Uncertain Times

Given the climate of ample environmental and social instability, we must take our own preventative measures to stay well and to help those around us.

It starts within ourselves, and yoga can provide the tools we need to stay grounded, healthy and present so as to be supportive of our communities. It is this community strength that will see us through the current challenges we face.
