All classes are alignment based flow classes, offering safe and effective ways to move in and out of postures with awareness. Each class incorporates meditation, breath work and mindfulness techniques. Inspired by Iyengar alignment precision, Buddhist meditative compassion for self and others, Yin yoga’s slow, steady introspection and the natural flow and philosophy of Classical Indian Eight Limb Yoga. These classes offer a variety of tools for health and well being.
The classes are mixed levels but new students are encouraged to take the 7:00 class. Both classes have modifications for beginners and those who have more experience. Our 7:00 class includes sound healing from Margarita Milnar who plays Tibetan Singing bowls throughout the class. It is a real sonic treat, bringing us deeper into calm and alignment.
